By playing on Aura PVE, you agree to the rules below. Ignorance of these definitions and rules is not an excuse for violations — take a minute to actually read them.
Section 1Definitions
PVE (Player vs Environment)
Combat is only against NPCs. Attacking players or player-owned structures is prohibited.
The Purge
A scheduled 24-hour window before wipe where PVE rules are deactivated and PVP/raiding is fully enabled.
Griefing
Intentionally ruining the experience for others — blocking bases, trapping players, or spamming lights.
Ninja-looting
Taking loot while another player did the work — clearing NPCs or damaging a boss.
Sleeper
A logged-out player. Their body is strictly off-limits.
Decay
Natural health loss of structures. On this server, decay is disabled — but TCs are still required for building rights.
Section 2Core conduct
Rule 1
Respect and language
No racism, sexism, hate speech, or toxicity — in chat, on signs, or in notes. English only in global chat; use team or local chat for other languages.
Rule 2
No staff impersonation
Do not use "Admin" or "Moderator" in your name, tags, or profile picture.
Section 3Building and vehicle limits
Rule 3
Building limits
Windmills: max 2 per base/compound
No-decay: resources in TC not required to prevent rot
No griefing: don't block roads or build against someone else's walls
Traps/turrets: internal defense only, no outward-facing turrets
Rule 4
Vehicle limits, per person/team
Cars: 1 per person, no dealerships
Horses: 1 per person, no collecting or gifting
Bikes: 1 per person (mini/motorbikes/bicycles)
Tug boats: 1 per team, plus 1 manufactured boat
Manufactured boats: 2 per team, any size
Helicopters: unlimited, but lag-causing hoarding gets removed
Section 4PVE etiquette and cooldowns
Rule 5
No killing, raiding, or stealing
PVP and raiding are forbidden until The Purge. No ninja-looting — if someone is clearing a monument, stay away.
Rule 6
No loot weaseling
Empty containers fully — take or drop everything from barrels, crates, and road loot. Leaving trash loot behind delays respawns for everyone.
Rule 7
Locked crates and Chinook
Limit of 2 locked crates per team, per day.
Rule 8
Bosses — Bradley and Heli
Patrol Heli: no back-to-back kills — wait 2 hours or until another team engages first. Bradley APC: first player to damage it has priority.
Section 5Teaming
Rule 9
Teaming and group limits
Max size: no more than 4 players per team
Joint operations: no working together on Purge or sharing bases — shared bases mean shared cooldowns
Friendships: if friends on different teams take Cargo together, both teams go on cooldown
Teaching: you can help someone learn a monument, but talk them through it — if you're both shooting, it counts as both teams taking it
No mega-armies: no pooling resources for massive Purge bases; sharing TC authorization counts as teaming
Section 6The Purge and appeals
Rule 10
War protocol
24 hours before wipe, all PVE rules are suspended and raiding is allowed. Sporting conduct still applies — don't despawn loot just to be spiteful.
Rule 11
Appeals and reporting
Don't call out players in chat — record evidence and open a support ticket. Appeals need your Steam ID and evidence. Lying in an appeal results in a permanent IP ban.
Enforcement
Violators are subject to kick, ban, or permanent ban at staff discretion.
